Calorie burn is showing extreme numbers. Sleep not displaying and inaccurate. Steps inaccurate. Turning watch off and re-registering not helpful

@rosebers Thanks for joining us! Sorry for the delay in my reply.

Let me help you with your Charge 2 not recording your data correctly. For the calories your tracker uses your personal information (age, height, weight, etc.) to calculate your BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate) so please check that this is correctly entered on your account.

Could you add more information about your sleep detection. What type of discrepancies are you finding for it? The more information I have the better I will be able to assist you.

The same can be said about your step detection, what issues are you having with it? Is it not detecting any steps at all or is it showing a high amount of steps? Note that your device will detect the movement on your arm and translate that movement into steps. There are situations in which your arm may move but you won't be actually walking. For example, this may happen when you are playing the drums, burping a baby or clapping. It can also happen while driving. You can negate these steps by logging a driving activity. You can try wearing your device on your non-dominant hand but select that hand as dominant on the device’s settings to make it less sensitive to movement.

Let me know how it goes.
