Charge 2 not displaying shortcuts

All of a sudden my charge 2 is not displaying any of my exercise shortcuts. It is only displaying a resting shortcut which it never did before. I did a reset while in power cradle and that did not fix. I checked that it is setup for my shortcuts in the app. I've had this charge 2 for years with no problem.  I do have a charge 3 which is working fine.

Have you tried rearranging the the shortcuts through the app.

Finally found the problem. Somehow the display of my shortcuts were turned off on this device only among other things.  Not sure how this happened. Was struggling also because my iphone and ipad bluetooth will not find my charge 2  so had to get it setup on my laptop which will not find my charge 3. Fitbit needs to get those known problems fixed.
