Charge 2 not getting notifications from phone

Have updated to new android app using Huawei P20 phone, but still not linked with charge 2 now for text messages and calls, have done as another message suggest to remove app, unlink Bluetooth then start all over but not getting it to connect and is very slow in showing up to date steps etc on phone.

Let me help you with your notifications on your Charge 2 and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. 

You can try the following:

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device. 
  • Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on. 
  • You can find additional suggestions here.
