Charge 2 not holding a charge. Dying after 10 minutes...

All of a sudden my Charge 2 is not holding a charge. I will plug it up and the battery symbol will show fully charged before removing it from the charger. It will sync and the app will verify a full charge. Within 10 minutes it is completely dead and requiring a charge again. Help!!!!
