When charging it will say fully charged battery life then I take off the charger and it completely died. I have reset my tracker over 10 times while on the charger(only way it will get power) , charged from a computer port, wall port, cleaned all contacts. Tried to sync from every time it is fully charged only for my app to tell me it is “looking..” I have uninstalled and reinstalled the Fitbit app. Just wondering if it is done or if I am missing something?

I’m having the same problem. I contacted Fitbit Support, but I’m waiting for a reply.
