my charge 2 shows 100% on app but empty battery on device, when I charge the device shows full in less than 10mins and after 5mins the device goes off.

 

please what can be the problem, what can I do?

Let me help you with this. The app will show the battery status of the list time your tracker synced not the in real time status (if it isn't syncing). You can follow these instructions to help improve the battery life.
