My charge 2 is connected to my Windows 10 laptop and at the end of September 2019 it refused to sync. I rebooted and still no syncing. I was not able to unpair and repair the device. My Bluetooth was recognising other devices fine but not recognising the charge 2. I have been using the charge 2 for 2 years and 2 months. Now the charge 2 is saying charged, unplug it and within a few minutes it goes black because the battery is dead.
What is the resolution? Do I have to buy a battery?

Charge 2 stating it is 100% charged but within minutes it goes black . When hooked up to charger the battery shows dead? Can anyone help with the issue? I hear there is not a replacement battery?
