My charge 2 was working fine then all of a sudden it started scrolling through all the windows without me pressing anything. I put it in. the charger ans it appear to solve the problem, except now it wont hild a. Charge more than about 3 minutes

@Pratt1967 Welcome to the Community. Sorry for the delay in my reply.

 

Let me help you with your Charge 2 not holding a charge. Try cleaning the contacts using cotton swab with rubbing alcohol, then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's USB port (try different ports) or use an UL-certified USB adapter. After this, restart your device and see how it behaves. You can follow these instructions to help improve the battery life.
