Why is my charge 2 not keeping charge. Charged it for a full day it said was 100% then only wore it for a few hours then it was flat

I will gladly assist you with your Charge 2 battery. Try cleaning the contacts using cotton with rubbing alcohol then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's usb port (try different ports) or use an UL listed usb wall adapter. After this, restart your device and see how it behaves.You can also find additional suggestions here.

Thanks for the advice but it still hasn’t worked. Cleaned it like you said put it into laptop wasn’t charging in one of the ports so put it into another came up and it showed it was charging left it for 2 hours checked it, it showed it was 100% restarted it and within 5 minutes it went off put it back on charge and it said the battery was flat.
