My Fitbit charge 2 has a cracked screen and will no longer hold a charge. I cleaned everything and even bought a new charger..still no luck. I am totally lost without it.. just purchased the charge 3. Was hoping it could get the charge 2 fixed. Any advice?

@SunsetRunner Welcome! It's great to see you around! Sorry to hear about your damaged Charge 2 display and that it isn't keeping a charge. For a damage screen there isn't much we can do from here but you can let our Support team know so they can further assist you. You will get an email from them.
