My charge 2 started not opening when I turned my wrist.  I have to double tap it to get the display. How do I reset it to display by turning my rest.

Go to your tracker settings in the App and turn on "Quick View".

Your User Manual says there is such a setting so if you still can't find it, you might try uninstalling and reinstalling your App.
