My wife has a charge 2 and it worked fine until a system update. She hasn't been able to receive notifications in awhile and now the Fitbit will not pair with her phone. The app finds the tracker and we enter the 4 digit code but the pairing doesnt finish. I've down all the troubleshooting but still will not pair

Exactly the same has happened to me I cannot get my fitbit to pair to my A9 after the latest update - any help would be appreciated
