My Charge 2 was working fine with my Samsung S22+ mobile but has been unable to pair or sync since the latest Samsung software update was installed 2 days ago. I've reported it to Samsung and Fitbit, and have gone through all the troubleshooting steps with Samsung and Fitbit live chat customer support (with no success). Has anyone else experienced this issue?

Mine won't show me the right number of steps. I don't like the new version. Can't find any place to get help.
