My mam got a new Fitbit for Christmas so I'll be using her old Fitbit charge 2. She deleted the account from her phone and I made my new account and tried to pair the charge 2 to my phone but nothing would come up when it tried searching for new device. I've tried everything from restarting my phone and turning Bluetooth on and off but nothing is working. Even when we deleted the charge 2 account from my mams phone the data is still showing on the charge 2. Please help

I'm using Samsung A8, it was working two months ago, suddenly can't pairing, even I reinstalled the app again
