My charge 2 just stopped pairing with my phone and I had not made any changes. I tried installing dash uninstalling turning off Bluetooth turning on Bluetooth. It comes to the code part where you punch in the 4 number code but then it just keeps churning away and does not get beyond that.

My Fit bit does not pair either. And my phone Bluetooth just trust to pair with a date of April 4.

I also can not get the app on my phone to sync. I deleted the app and reinstalled but it won't let me sign back in. I can not figure out how to "clear the cache" for an IPhone. help?

Having the exact same problem. This is my second Charge 2 and the same thing happened with my last one. You know the saying...shame on me.

I've checked the firmware version and I'm up to date. Deleted and reinstalled the app even though the app was up to date. Removed the other device that used my Bluetooth. Turned Bluetooth on and off few times, logged in and out of the app and finally the Charge 2 is connecting. Reinstalled the other Bluetooth device. Have no idea how or why it suddenly worked.
