Charge 2 not picking up all of my steps

My charge 2 isn't picking up all of my steps.  I'm having to walk hard for them to record.

Hi @Holly101  being a wrist based device, you'll need to be swinging your hands to get those steps recognized. If you're holding something in your dominant hand, pushing a cart or stroller, or anything else that limits the movement of your hands, the steps aren't seen.
