With a higher intensity workout with more sweat my fit bit can't track my heart rate. Disappointed seems counter intuitive.

@ChrisMilly A warm welcome to our Community! Sorry to hear that you aren't getting a heart rate reading when you sweat. Try cleaning the back of your tracker with cotton and rubbing alcohol. After this try using a sport wristband while exercising to clean the wrist area. Also check these suggestions to improve the heart rate reading.

I have the same problem.
Kind of a serious design flaw imho.

Hey @Almoravid, I hope you are doin' fine! If your Charge 2 doesn't seem to be tracking your heart rate when you are working out, I'd like you to take a look at the wearing tips in this post. 'Cause you have wear it a little bit tighter when you are exercising, so it will catch your heart rate readings.

I have the same issue when I start sweating a lot - i.e. running on the treadmill. I constantly push the band up my arm and wipe off my arm and the bottom of the Fitbit but the issue is surprising (and disappointing) for a "Fitness HR monitor/tracker". I'll try the cleaning thing to see if that helps, but I'm skeptical.

Actually I don't know what happens because it shows nothing as a HR on the display but at the end of the match it is not visible on the chart.

When I’m on the treadmill, I put my Fitbit around my ankle. Doesn’t count my steps if my arm isn’t swinging back and forth. I like to hold the bars— balance issues. Anyway- socks will catch the sweat I can get my hr from the treadmill.
