Hey @gregsgirl82, I hope you are doin' fine! I appreciate you have taken the time to try to fix this not getting call notifications issue. Let me ask you this, are you getting some type of error like "Unknown" when your tracker attempts to receive a call notification? Or is it just not getting call notifications at all? Do you have the latest version of the Fitbit app installed on your phone? I'm asking because this phone model that you are using, the Samsung Galaxy Note 5 is compatible so you should not have these inconveniences. I'd like you to verify and try the same @Smooth1101. 😉
Thanks for your help guys, @lindapower45, @Walt001 and @GetHealthy1st.
Keep me posted!

This doesn't fix it. I feel they disabled call& message notification on last update to get you to buy another smart watch Fitbit!

Hey @Moab0958, I hope you are doin' fine! I'd like to help you out with this not getting text and call notifications issue. So let me ask you, what phone model are you using with your Charge 2? Is it a compatible device? If not, even after or before an update, it is not guaranteed that you won't experience connectivity issues.
Let me know. 😉

Hey @Cockylady72, it is great to see you around more often! The Samsung S8 is a compatible device, so you should have no inconveniences, however, if you are not getting text notifications on your Charge 2, try to restart your tracker. Just follow these instructions:
1. Plug the charging cable into the USB port on your computer or any UL-certified USB wall charger.
2. Clip the other end of the charging cable to the port on the back of the tracker. The pins on the charging cable must lock securely with the port.
3. Make sure the button on your tracker is aligned with the button opening on the charging cable. You'll know the connection is secure when the tracker vibrates and you see a battery icon on your tracker's display. Your Charge 2 will begin charging.
4. Press and hold the button on your tracker for four seconds. When you see the Fitbit logo and the tracker vibrates, this means the tracker has restarted.
5. Unplug your tracker from the charging cable.
Let me know how it goes!

Hello @lulucarlson I'm not sure what you mean by sync other info, notifications are not synced. Do you get any other notificstions?
Also since we most likely are asking about the phone may I ask which phone you have?
Also have you held in the button on the Charge 2 to check if notifications are turned on.
