Charge 2 not recognising charger

When connected, no battery icon. Holding button when in charging cradle to attempt to restart- just turns notifications on and off. Have cleaned points and pins and even tried buying a new charger in case the problem was there, to no avail. Makes no difference if plugged into mains or PC. Any other suggestions?

Let me help you with your Charge 2 not charging and thank you for troubleshooting and buying a new charging cable. Since the issue persists I have created a ticket so our Support team can further assist you via email.
