Charge 2 not recording active mins or calories

This morning I walked to work, usually this counts as 45 active mins automatically. This morning no active mins, no exercise and no caleries have been burnt! Help please!

Similar thing happened to me this morning, I had 28 active mins, when I looked at my phone it was there briefly before syncing... totally disappeared looked back at the charge 2 also vanished???!! Think the calories went down too! Phoned Fitbit no help whatsoever and can’t add it back even though it was obvious I had done it. Also calories keep going down had 2018 now 1891!! 😡 what’s going on?
