I am extremely disappointed with the functionality of my Charge 2. The first one I got after less than a month stopped working. After receiving the replacement dont know what's worse!!! Cannot track my workouts properly as it stops tracking my heart rate only showing --. It's the second watch j get in only 2 months as it was a Christmas present. can someone help?

@Lauar18 It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community! Sorry to hear that your tracker isn't recording your heart rate. I suggest you clean the back of your device with cotton and rubbing alcohol and restart it. Also check these tips to improve the heart rate reading on your device. When doing exercises the excessive sweat could prevent the device from getting the heart rate reading. Many members have mentioned that using a sport band helps them quickly remove the sweat so your device can perform correctly.
