Charge 2 not recording heart rate

There are no heart rate measurements since travelling out of country.Synced & restarted Charge 2 but no success

I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Charge 2 is no longer recording your heart rate. If you haven't done it already, please perform a restart to your Tracker by following these steps. In addition, please follow these instructions:

 

- Go to the online website fitbit.com Settings > Devices > Heart rate

If you have set it "Auto", please change to "On" and force sync

- Turn it "Off" and sync

- Finally, go back to "Auto" and sync

 

I noticed that you contacted Customer Support. If the steps above didn't resolve the problem, please let them know in order to further investigate.
