Charge 2 not recording sleep since iOs update on 4/17

I noticed today that my Charge 2 has not tracked my sleep since 4/16/19.

I tried resetting the device with no luck. Went to the app store and saw the last update was 4/17/19. So much for bug fixes and performance improvements! Whatever that update did messed up the sleep tracker. Everything else has been tracking fine.

I will assist you with your sleep recording and thank you for restarting your device. The sleep feature depends on what the tracker detects more than the app. Your device will start recording sleep after it detects an hour of inactivity. If you have a light sleep or move too much then this may difficult your sleep detection. Additionally you can try wearing your device on your non dominant hand to decrease the amount of movement it is subjected to. Finally you can restart your device. You can also manually log your sleep time. You can read more about sleep detection here.

I already wear it on my non-dominant hand. I've been wearing this device for months with no problems until the update as mentioned. Already tried the reset as stated in my post. At worst, the device has tracked my sleep minus the details on the rare occasion, but it has never just not recorded anything. Your post is just a copy/paste of the same thing you've posted to other users.

Regardless, it did suddenly start recording my sleep again on Monday (4/22), the day after I made my complaint post. I did not change anything in how I wore the device/slept/anything. I will just assume some background data change happened. I will continue to it was from the update as other users had the same issue after the iOs update on the same day.
