Charge 2 not recording stairs/floors

I have a Chrge 2, but for unknown readout has stopped recording the stairs/floors that I climb.  This has stopped this recently, it was a present last September. So it is almost new. Anybody any ideas? Suggestions of how to wake it up again.

Your Charge 2 tracks floors by measuring air pressure through a tiny hole in the back of the fitbit. If this hole becomes blocked then it can stop tracking so it's worth trying to gently clean it.

Hello @AndyRaf, let me give you a warm welcome to the Community! If your Charge 2 doesn't seem to be tracking your floors, as @SteveH said, I suggest you to try to clean it's altimeter. Just follow the instructions in this post.
