For two days in a row, my fitbit does not register any steps.

No problem.

My fitbit has been giving me fits too, as you may see from my posts. But it’s stable now, it’s working OK now.

When I do heavy exercise, I wear it half way up my arm pretty tight to register heart rate correctly. I also keep my fore-arm horizontal and swing it when I walk and that records steps accurately.

I can't keep the dashboard icon or anything that gets me to the dashboard.

Place it on the charger and then once it’s connected correctly, hold the side button down until it shows the startup diamond and code at the bottom.

I have to do this almost daily because mine quits tracking all the time. Ridiculous!!

Thanks, that was the fix and I am off. It has only happened the once but I will keep it in mind if it ever happens again!

I will gladly assist you with this and sorry for the late reply.

@Cswootton are you still having issues with your tracker?

@moejoe75 could you elaborate on the issue you are having? Maybe add pictures or screenshots?

@MaryTriller @Veronicajg happy to hear that @Robert-75 instructions helped you resolve the issue.

I look forward to your reply.
