Charge 2 not recording time and heart rate accurately

My  Charge 2 records differently almost every day... I walk between 40 and 60 minutes each day but it often records only 20 or so....plus my resting heart rate records for a short time but then has a straight dotted line.....

Hello @angelamasters, let me give you a warm welcome to the Community! When you say that your Fitbit only tracks 20 minutes after your 40 or 60-minute walk, are you talking about the active minutes or the total duration of your walk? And now about the heart rate, I'd like you to try the following workaround to fix this: 

- Adjust the way you wear your Charge 2

- Restart it

- Turn off/on/Auto the heart rate monitor and sync your Charge 2 after every change
