Charge 2 not resetting at midnight

My Fitbit isn’t resetting at night. 

Have tried a reboot but nothing happens. Help!

@J_swann0 Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here! Sorry for the delay in my response.

 

Let me help you with your Charge 2 not resetting at midnight. This may happen when there is a  change in timezone (due to travel or DST changes). You can restart your device as you did so this will help it reset the following midnight but it won’t remove the steps from the affected date.
