Same here, wonder why it happened just now after so long time working correctly. Maybe the summertime change on Sunday morning has something to do with this. Software bug. Hope there will be fix soon.

British Summer Time +1 hour has confused it internal clock. Advised to reset Fitbit as per directions online..... connect charging clip, plug into USB port, hold button in for 4 seconds, when vibrates and Fitbit logo and version number come on screen let button go. Reset complete but won’t sync as normal until midnight following reset.

@Cilmob @Matafit @Doyinsola @Lisa281089 @TonyTheGator @KTTELF @Keetje49 @Emirates28 @Ruthfarrell48 @KMuskett @Doriano @vsl @Jackiepk Welcome! Thanks for being part of our Community!
Sorry to hear that your steps didn’t reset at midnight. This may happen when there is a change in timezone (due to travel or DST changes). You can restart your device (click the link or follow @TonyTheGator instructions) as this will help it reset the following midnight but it won’t remove the steps from the affected date.
Let me know how it goes.

Have tried this and will let you know if it has worked tomorrow. Odd that not all devices are impacted. I know other people with the same Fitbit as me and it has continued to work fine without this problem. Hope that the problem gets fixed properly so it doesn't go wrong every time that there is a time change!
