Charge 2 not restarting steps 31/03.2019 - 01.04.2019

My fitbit charge 2 has continued on steps from Sunday 30th March 2019 to Monday 1st April 2019 and i have aready restarted my fitbit 3 times and its not clearing... help.

After resetting, as advised, everything was OK at midnight.

Marvellous pleased you have sorted the steps issue problem My alarm woke me early this morning and would you believe the Fairies have sorted my steps issue also so nice walk to get my steps in today happy lady now

Ditto that great news. This morning  when I woke up every thing had been restored and corrected.  Must have been an April Fool joke that wasn’t actually funny, just frustrating. All sorted now. Thanks to all who tried to help.
