I just got a Charge 2 and it worked fine for a week now It wont show incoming calls or messages ,any advise ?

IPhone:
Go to settings notifications, messages, options , show previews, if this is on NEVER it won’t show on the Charge 2 , turn on to ALWAYS or WHEN UNLOCKED. Get someone to send you a text.  If still not working do the other things you are told here. But this is the one everyone misses.
