Charge 2 not showing charging icon.

Not showing charging icon so it's not charging. I have restarted several times no change.

@SunsetRunner Welcome! Thanks for being part of our Community! Sorry to hear that your Charge 2 isn't showing the charging icon. Try cleaning the contacts including using cotton with rubbing alcohol then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's usb port (try different ports) or use an UL listed usb wall adapter. After this restart your device and see how it behaves.

Hey, my charge 2 is not charging at all. Tried cleaning with alcohol and swob, and still nothing. Did goggle trouble shot and from that, I may need a new battery. Where can I go to get one put in around  Burlington, NC?

@userofcharge2 It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community! Sorry to hear that your tracker isn't charging and thank you for cleaning the contacts on your Charge 2. Did you try the rest of suggestions listed in my previous post?

Ok, I have tried all that you have suggested. I have cleaned it, tried a
different port and a wall charger, tracker is aligned to the charging
cable, it is off because it is now completely dead from not being able to
charge, and it's not wet. So what's next?

It's a brand new Fitbit...should not have to clean it! I have done all you have suggested by charging in different ports/USB's and restarting with no result. My solution will be to return this as I should not have to do all this with something I have bought days ago and it's still not working.
