Is it syncing ok? The date and time should reset itself whenever it syncs to your phone or computer.

Had it for a year Steve with no problem. Should I re sync it? Bit of a novice with this stuff. Thanks

Hey @mariondry, welcome aboard! As my friend @SteveH said, to fix this inconvenience with the time and date, what you have to do is sync your Charge 2, so it will update with the data on the device you are using to sync. However, you have also make sure that the timezone on the settings of your Fitbit account is the correct one. If so, then just manually sync your Charge 2. If you have questions about it, take a look at this help article: How do Fitbit devices sync their data?
Let me know how it goes!

I went away to another time zone and my Fitbit changed to that time zone but since I’ve been home it hasn’t changed back. It’s been sinced.

Hey @mariondry, thanks for the update! Sounds great that your Charge 2 is now showing the correct time and date. For further questions or comments, keep me posted!
@Lillred, welcome aboard! The timezone changed because you have that option set to "Automatic", so your Charge 2 will get the time on your phone. If you'd like to select this option manually, just disable the automatic timezone. To do this go to Account > Advanced options > Choose a timezone. Then just sync your Fitbit and should reflect the correct one.
Let me know how it goes!

Thanks for your reply @Lillred, thanks for trying what I suggested. If your Charge 2 still showing an hour behind, let me suggest you to try the following:
- Log out/log in to your Fitbit account
- Reboot the Bluetooth on your iOS device
- Manually sync your Charge 2
And let me know how it goes!
@mariondry, thanks for that tip too. Another requirement that should be met to update time and data on the Charge 2.
Have a great day guys!

Hey @Lillred, I hope you are doin' great! Oh! Don't you worry, let me explain this to you steps by step. First of all, to restart your Charge 2, follow these steps:
1. Plug the charging cable into the USB port on your computer or any UL-certified USB wall charger.
2. Clip the other end of the charging cable to the port on the back of the tracker. The pins on the charging cable must lock securely with the port.
3. Make sure the button on your tracker is aligned with the button opening on the charging cable. You'll know the connection is secure when the tracker vibrates and you see a battery icon on your tracker's display. Your Charge 2 will begin charging.
4. Press and hold the button on your tracker for four seconds. When you see the Fitbit logo and the tracker vibrates, this means the tracker has restarted.
5. Unplug your tracker from the charging cable.
To reboot the Bluetooth on your phone, just go to the Settings > Bluetooth > Turn it off and back on again.
To manually sync your Charge 2, follow these instructions:
Let me know if that works!
