Charge 2 now not showing any messages I receive,

also when I receive calls only shows the same contact and not the one calling.

i have a samsung note 8.

can anyone please help.

There has been an ongoing bug that's been causing messages to be missing and for caller ID to be wrong. Fitbit are looking into this and they are posting updates in the following thread:

Keep an eye on that thread for any new on a solution
