I have just downloaded the Fitbit app to my iPhone 8 and now I cannot get my charge 2 screen to get past the initial screen. I have deleted the app from my iPad and ratartes both the Bluetooth and my phone but still cannot get the Fitbit to appear in the devices list.

@Louomall It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community! Sorry to hear that you can't pass the initial screen on your Fitbit app. Are you trying to setup the Charge 2 to then phone or are you just trying to access it? Do you see any error message? Could you share a screenshot of what you are seeing?
