Charge 2 not showing right time,date and not sycing to Android

I'm hoping somone can help. My charge 2 won't sync to my android phone. And the time and date are wrong.  It's been fine up until the last few days. 

When i open the fit bit app it wont sync, and also theres notice saying 'update tracker software's bit when I try this mothing happens. I have tried uninstalling  the fit bit app and re installing. Nothing happened

Have you tried restarting the phone and the charge 2

Have tried everything since arriving back in Australia from Hawaii end of September. Don't know what else to do...it now isn't even a glorified watch... Lol

Yes I've just tried re starting my charge 2. And in uninstalled the bit app,turned my phone off and on again then re installed fit bit app and just tried to update my charge 2 bit nothing happened s, just has the fit bit logo trying to connect.
