Charge 2 not showing step goal alert

Step goal is 1000 and it use to vibrate and let me know when goal is met, but doesn't anymore.

@JROC2 Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here! Sorry to hear that your tracker isn't vibrating when you reach your goal. It may be in the Do not Disturb mode. Long press the button while seeing the clock face to exit or enter this mode. Make sure it is off so you get notification.
