Has anyone experienced your Charge2 screen not changing over? Mine seems to be stuck on the time and step count screen and won’t switch to any other screen. When I click the side of the screen the watch goes black! Help

I followed the steps but the charge 2 won’t restart. The screen turns blank when I hold the button for 4 seconds
