Fitbit version 3.12.1
iOS 13.3
I just updated both yesterday. All day sync is set in FitBit app, and it doesn't sync. When I go into settings in the app, it shows "syncing" and most of the time there is no blue progress bar below it. If I tap the Sync Now it goes gray and blinks right back to Sync Now. I tried this several times and nothing happened. I shut down the app and started again. Restarted my phone, and tried again still nothing. When it doesn't sync, there is no sleep record on my phone app.
Eventually I try again and the sync actually happens (blue progress bar showing) but I have no idea why it suddenly decides to work when it didn't for the last 10 tries. Also 3 out of the last 6 days there were no sleep details. not suddenly sleep details showed up again.
What's up with this? I don't have time to mess around with this - it used to just work. now mostly, it just DOESN'T.

@sailorlady Welcome! It's good that the community is growing!
Let me help you with your Charge 2 not syncing nor showing sleep logs. Regarding the sync issues you can try the following:
About your sleep logs, your device will start recording sleep after it detects an hour of inactivity. If you have a light sleep or move too much then this may difficult your sleep detection. Additionally you can try wearing your device on your non dominant hand to decrease the amount of movement it is subjected to. Finally you can restart your device. You can also manually log your sleep time. You can read more about sleep detection here.
Let me know how it goes.
