My charge 2 has recently stopped syncing properly. My settings are all correct but it's Saturday morning and it hasn't synced since Wednesday

I have the same problem. Last synced on 27 May. Frustrating. Tried everything.

Since my trouble is the same as yours and started at the same time, I think it is software update problem.

I'm getting on a plane to Ireland in 2 hours and want this to sync!! Date, time all wrong. Before this it didn't count stairs correctly up or down. Grr. What can we do?
