I'm about to delete this app. It stopped syncing since last Saturday on the 13th of July

Hello @Judy8054 and welcome to the Community.  The Charge 2 is an older model and hasn't received any kind of firmware update for at least four years.  Older devices don't work as well.  I think you might have a simple device failure.

I realize it's older but it has been syncing all along and stopped only one week ago.
