My Fitbit started stopped syncing with the app and it is not recognizing my 250 steps per hour. It still shows I am taking steps and it is not counting them to the per hour. A little while ago the screen shut off and started almost spasming. Then the notification for the 10 min before the hour started and it kept vibrating in and off for the next 5 to 10 min while doing the same thing as before. Does anyone have any ideas?

@Ceridwen692 Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here!
Let me help you with your Charge 2 not syncing and its screen not working correctly. For the reminders to move, try removing them, log out from the app, restart your phone and your tracker and see how it behaves. The restart should help with the screen issues too.
Let me know how it goes.

Thank you for your idea. I tried it 3 or 4 times. It seems to be finally working, but it is still having some syncing difficulties. It only seems to sync after I have refreshed it half a dozen times and it is a lot slower than I am used to.
