So my phone is not showing the resting heart rate since June 19th, however, if I click on phone, and the last chart shown of my heart rate (June 19) on that screen, and then click on the chart in this screen, I can scroll forward through the 20th to today with the data there, so the phone app and band are communicating properly.
Things I have tried...
1) restarted the band
2) uninstall and re-install the app on the phone
3) un-paired and re-paired the band to the phone
4) rebooted the phone many times between the above procedures.
5) uninstalled the application again
6) un-paired the band from the phone
7) restarted the band
😎 re-paired the band to the phone
9) install the application
Still nothing. Look forward to your input to this as I am now at a loss.
now I am at a loss as this, according to other posts, should have corrected the issue.

Your asking about a phone issue but have not included the phone type?

Samsung S8 and pixel 3xl. Both are showing the same issue.
I did notice that the device is always showing the same resting heart rate. Also on my Fitbit website that the resting heartrate , when clicked, only shows the cog where all the other tiles show additional choices at the bottom. Not sure if there should be more info

Hi I'm having the same issue, but my fitbit isn't synching at all. My fitbit firmversion is the same as yours 22.55.02, I just have a different phone - a Samsung A8. I have tried everything that you have too. My fitbit hasn't synced in over a month, I probably should have noticed before but I saw the icon in the background and thought it was synching as always.

FitBit is notorious for syncing issues although their devices heavily rely on the internet connection. I have to reset my device almost every second day to make syncing work. This problem existed for years now, and yet they fail to fix it.
I am glad that we live in the era of social networks so that the word could be spread outside the controlled environment of this community! 😉
