Charge 2 not syncing my active minutes

One day last week and again today my active minutes have logged as 25 mins, today according to my watch earlier in the evening I was at 88 active minutes and the same last week I know I was in about 45 and it only logged as 25 mins?

Why is this happening, have tried restarting app and synching again but nothing changes it?

@sheepie10 Welcome! It's good that the community is growing! Sorry to hear that your active minutes are disappearing from your account. Did you manually log any activities on your account? If this is correct then this may be the reason your active minutes are diminishing as the activity overrides the data from your tracker. Try deleting the activity for a day to see how your Active Minutes show.

I am having a similar problem except my Charge 2 is showing 0 active minutes. On the app I can see the breakdown of my minutes (cardio, fat burn, etc) but it still shows 0 for minutes both on my device and on the app. I restarted it twice and it did not solve the problem.

My charge 2 wouldn't sync all my active minutes. I did 53 minutes and 25 minute bike rides the other day on the same day and it took 14 active minutes. Then today I did 30 active minutes and it wouldn't take any of it. 

I tried restarting my phone which normally works and nothing.
