For a few weeks now my Charge 2 is not showing my cardio/fat burn percentage. I’ve had to delete the app as it’s not syncing after my workout to show calories burned. Checked settings, Bluetooth etc all synced

Welcome on board @SunsetRunner, it's nice to see you here! Thanks for taking the time to troubleshooting this inconvenience, nice way to go!
While reading your post I was wondering if by any chance you stopped using your Charge 2 or maybe you were experiencing some syncing difficulties? If so, that would be a reason of why your data was not being transferred to your Fitbit app.
I'd recommend taking a look at: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?. Is your Charge 2 still not syncing your data (calories) as it should? Are you manually logging activities that can be overridden your data?
I've moved your post to the Charge 2 as there are more chances to get related replies here!
Hope this helps, keep me posted!

Thanks for getting back @SunsetRunner! It's not really showing % of fat calories burned. It means % of time in that heart rate zone. Cardio indicates more intense exercise (higher heart rate) than 'fat burn'.
As you may already know, Fat burn zone means your heart rate is 50 to 69% of maximum, is the low-to-medium intensity exercise zone and may be a good place to start for those new to exercise. It’s called the fat burn zone because a higher percentage of calories are burned from fat, but the total calorie burn rate is lower.
Hope this clarifies your questions!

Hi I turned off the heart rate hence why it wasn’t picking up the fat/cardio percentage. But thanks it’s sorted now!

My iPhone will no longer sync with my Fitbit. When this first started, about a week ago, I was still able to get it to sync by turning bluetooth off then back on again and sometimes I also had to turn off and restart my iphone. However, for the past day or so these measures are no longer working. What should I do?

I got very same problem. Stopped loading to my iPhone last Monday 9/7/2019. Took same steps as you but nothing. Has done that before but always by second day it starts syncing to my phone. Really don’t want to delete app off my phone then reinstall again. Help us Fitbit people!!

I just began having the same issue of not being able to sync my Fitbit and also pair my Fitbit and iPhone through Bluetooth. I’ve done everything from deleting the app, logging in and out, restarting phone, shutting Bluetooth on and off.

I read that when iPhone done the upgrade this past Monday affected the Fitbit to download to our phones. Fitbit is aware of the problem and are trying to resolve. So guess just wait 😪

It would be nice if Fitbit would be more proactive about notifying us and providing assurance that they will fix this. A timeline would be much appreciated.

I agree. I just happened to read that article when I was reading up on Fitbit cause I was thinking about deleting and setting up again.
