Charge 2 not syncing to update time and date

Hi I have a charge 2 and I cannot change the time or date and it won't sync with any of my devices . I do not have a dongle like they show either . Thanks

@sunsetrunner I hope you're doing well! Sorry for the delay in my reply.

 

Let me help you with your Charge 2 not syncing so you haven't been able to update the time and date. You can try the following:

 

  1. Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  2. Restart your phone and restart your device
  3. Check that no battery saving app/feature on your phone is affecting your Fitbit app.
  4. Also, on an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on. 
  5. You can find troubleshooting instructions here.

I lost 8 minutes on my Charger 2 (In other words, the time on my Charger 2 is 8 minutes behind the correct time). How do I reset the time to the correct time?

Let me help you with your Charge 2 not showing the correct time. Please try the suggestions in my previous posts as it will help with your tracker's syncing and once it syncs the time should correct itself.

I have the same problem and I cannot fix it, even if I followed the steps you indicated. 

I cannot connect my Charge 2 with my phone (Android).

I remonved the watch from the app, and try to reset it. I go up to the step when I can enter the 4 numbers appearing on the watch, then nothing happen and the app ask to check the bluetooth settings etc. to see if there is a problem. I don't know what to do to fix it.
