Charge 2 not syncing weight from my rolli-fit smart scale

My Charge 2 Fitbit app isn't syncing the weight automatically from my Rolli-fit smart scale. Uninstalled and reinstalled the app and still nothing. It was working for a while but not now.

Thanks for letting me know about this situation with the syncing of your scale and your Charge 2.

I suggest you restart your Charge 2 to make sure everything is ok with it, according to the system, Your Charge 2 it's working normally.

Thank you for your assistance. I restarted my Charge 2, and the Rollifit
still is not syncing. It seems frivolous to go buy another scale. Any other
suggestions?
