My tracker will not sync since yesterday? What do I need to do to fix this?

I must admit that I gave up complaining. (Note my earlier post for a description of the problem)
The helpdesk personnel were always very polite and friendly. They managed to talk around the issue without ever properly addressing it. Certainly they never once suggested that other users may have the same problem.
The helpdesk led me to believe that mine was possibly a hardware malfunction.
My Charge 2 was over 2 years old so there was no chance of a warrantee claim.
I was again having problems with the strap so I decided a new one would be a good step. They offered me a 25% discount (no problem for them - their wholesale price will cost them more that this discount) and I accepted.
But reading this forum makes me
- worried about the quality of their helpdesk
- annoyed that they never once mentioned that this failure to sync was a widespread problem
- worried that something similar can happen to my new tracker.

Phone not syncing since update on iPhone.. have done that has been suggested restarting app etc, resetting iPhone .. still nothing

Mine is still not working after all this time, it's absolutely ridiculous that nothing is yet sorted out.

I have issues with all of your devices, my aria scales won't accept the new wifi password since I reset the router and my Versa stopped syncing with my android a couple of months ago. When are they updating teh app toi fix the compatability issues with phones and Ipads?

Agreed my charge 2 shows up on my wife's iPhone but not on my Samsung A8. Firmware issue with samsung or android.

I'm having a different problem then. I use an Android phone, but was trying to fix the sync issues on Windows or iOS systems, nothing doing.
I actually think the Bluetooth on my device is not working somehow.

I think this is precisely the issue. If my charge 2 would just hook up with the bluetooth on my phone then I think I would be good. It is weird because when I remove the device from my profile then "re-add" it, my charge 2 is able to give me the 4 digits in order to add it. So technically info from phone to device appears good but not the other way; device to phone. So whatever the component is in my charge 2 that talks to the bluetooth of my phone is my issue. Conclusion charge 2 component communications to my phone is not working.

Hey Fitbit I am going with the Samsung Galaxy. This will allow be to connect to my phone reliably using the bluetooth on my Samsung phone. Good luck.

Mines a versa. I got as far as trying to set up new one but wont let me as cant find bluetooth. Lost everything. All I have is the cals frustrating

My charge 2 worked fine before the firmware update, I've done everything to sync this and nothing! I spoke with customer service and they said after Ive done all that they cant help me, but offered a small discount on a new fitbit, lol. IM DONE WITH FITBIT, Im pissed

Mine hasn't sync'd for 3 days now.
I've worked through the list of fixes given above, and some others that Google has found but nothing works. I only changed my phone recently, so I've tried pairing with the old one but that won't work either.
Basically, neither phone can detect my Charge 2 that's 6" away - even though they can detect my neighbour's TV through several walls.

I have tried every single one of these things and my Charge 2 is still not syncing. I've tried all of these steps multiple times. Ive even done a factory reset for my phone and all my charge 2 will say is "Looking for device" "devise not found"

My charge2 hasn't synced for a few days. IF it doesn't start working will bail this Google product and buy a competitors.

Wish I'd seen these messages before I wasted hours trying to sync my Charge 2, reading instructions and two phone calls to the helpdesk. Worked okay on my Samsung Galaxy A40 until the app updated on 18 November. Now occasionally the phone finds the Fitbit but usually doesn't, and hasn't sync'd since 18 Nov. Helpdesk offered me 50% off a new product and then realised that none of them would work! Could suggest nothing, could offer nothing.
This is not acceptable - the problem seems to have been around for a while and has not been fixed. Shocking way to treat customers.
Fitbit, please tell us what you're doing to address this?

My device (versa 2) was mostly working with Android application sync (Galaxy s10+). I got it on December 25th, 2019. I had to restart my phone about once every other day to keep sync working. All of the sudden (no app or phone updates occurred) the device cannot sync and it cannot be added back to my app after removing it. None of the suggested solutions are working. Is there an engineering team to which I can send logs or should I return the device?

Hi ,
my fitbit charge has been working fine until this morning when I took it off charge.
will not sync , have tried everything suggested - what other possibilities could be causing it not to sync ?
