Hi all! My Charge 2 has been synced with MyFitnessPal for the past ~3 weeks, and it was working perfectly up until yesterday. Everything was syncing how it was supposed to and it was very easy to use, and then all of a sudden, my steps taken and calories burned that were recorded on my FitBit stopped showing up accurately on MyFitnessPal (after refreshing/syncing both apps). Both yesterday and today, steps/calories for the first half of my day would show up, and then I'd do mild exercise, and those would not translate over to MyFitnessPal. I'd first try syncing both apps, and then disconnecting/reconnecting, which would then result in ALL of that day's progress disappearing (exercise would go from, say, 60 to 0 on MyFitnessPal). I feel like I've tried everything possible (disconnecting and reconnecting the device from MyFitnessPal, logging out of and back in to both accounts on both my phone and my computer, setting my iPhone as my step counter on MyFitnessPal and then re-syncing it to my FitBit, etc.). Again, it's only really weird because it was working so well up until ~48 hours ago, and then just randomly decided to stop working.
Any tips or ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much in advance!
