Hi everyone
I'm joining the bandwagon of people who have a fitbit (in my case charge 2) and have recently upgraded to the Samsung A70. However as I'm sure you all know the synching ability seems to of gone down the pan and I'm wondering what other trackers actually work with the Samsung A70? I've has my Fitbit for over 2 years and although I don't want to purchase another I don't fancy taking back my brand new contract phone either. Is there a solution?

@xlucyjaynex Welcome to the Fitbit Community! I hope you're doing well!
Let me help you with your Charge 2 not syncing with your phone. Your phone doesn't show as compatible but that doesn’t mean it won’t work it just means that it hasn’t been tested by our team. You can try the following:
Let me know how it goes.

I am still having trouble....the exercise will not sync although I workout every day.
Can you suggest another fitness tracker that's not Fitbit that can sync with my new phone?
Also can you give me an update on when the a70 is going to be tested?

Having exactly the same issue. My A70 knows my Fitbit Charge2 is nearby and sends a pairing code which I can enter. But then I get a message asking me to try asking. I've restarted by my phone and Fitbit, switched Bluetooth on and off but still no connection. Bluetooth can see the device but it won't pair with it
