Let me help you with your Charge 2 not syncing with your phone. Your phone doesn't show as compatible but that doesn’t mean it won’t work it just means that it hasn’t been tested by our team. You can try the following:

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device
  • Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on. 
  • You can find additional suggestions here.

Hi @WyattPhil, I have the same phone as you. I'm using app 3.1 and functioning fairly well.  Have you cleared the cache since any update?

I haven't had the firmware update for the charge 2 yet either. There is so much coming through it's hard to keep up with where the problems lie.

I know this may sound dumb but I always shut my phone right off for a few minutes after an app update. It seems to somehow settle in better.

If @AlvaroFitbit's advice hasn't worked for you try posting on the android app page too. Post and let us know if you have any luck or not.
